EJS Air Jet Card

Agreed pricing and prioritised access, structured around how you actually fly.

Private aviation should give you control, not another variable to manage. The EJS Air Jet Card is a structured flying programme built for clients who fly privately on a regular basis — securing agreed hourly pricing and prioritised access for an agreed period, without the capital commitment of aircraft ownership or a fractional share.

Each journey is matched to the aircraft category best suited to the route, passengers and cabin requirements, so the programme flexes with the way you actually travel rather than tying you to a single aircraft.

How It Works

How it works

Prioritised Access

Capacity is allocated in advance as part of your programme, so aircraft can be secured with confidence rather than requested on an ad-hoc basis.

Agreed Pricing

Hourly pricing is agreed upfront for the term of your programme, giving cost clarity trip to trip.

Aircraft Flexibility

Access across multiple aircraft categories, matched to each journey as it's booked, rather than one fixed aircraft type.

No Ownership Burden

No acquisition cost, fractional commitment or ongoing aircraft management responsibility.

A Dedicated Point of Contact

Your programme is managed personally by EJS Air, with one contact overseeing bookings, planning and any changes to your requirement.

Aircraft Categories

Aircraft categories

Programmes can be structured across the following categories, matched to each journey's route, passenger count and cabin requirement:

Light Jet

4–6 guests

Short regional journeys and efficient city pairs

Midsize Jet

6–8 guests

Longer regional travel with additional cabin and baggage space

Super-Midsize Jet

8–10 guests

Extended-range travel with stand-up cabin comfort

Heavy Jet

10–14 guests

Long-range journeys with generous cabin space

Ultra Long Range

12–16 guests

Nonstop intercontinental travel

Figures are typical and vary by aircraft. Passenger capacity, range and cabin configuration are confirmed against the specific aircraft allocated to each journey.

Pricing Structure

Pricing structure

Programmes are calculated around a prepaid allocation of flight hours and an agreed hourly rate for the aircraft category selected. Every quotation is set out clearly, so you can see how a trip has been calculated before it's confirmed.

  • Prepaid Hours — secure your capacity allocation and agreed pricing for the programme term.
  • Actual Flight Time — measured and billed against time flown.
  • Minimum Segments — minimum flight-time terms may apply and are confirmed at the outset.
  • Additional Costs — taxes, airport charges, permits and other operational costs are itemised separately.

Peak travel periods (major holidays and high-demand events) are planned for in advance as part of your programme, with any applicable terms agreed and confirmed upfront — so there are no surprises when demand is highest.

Coverage

EJS Air Jet Card programmes are structured primarily around Europe, the United States and the Middle East, with wider routing considered on a case-by-case basis depending on your requirement.

Support

Your programme is coordinated directly by EJS Air, with flight support and itinerary coordination managed on your behalf from booking through to arrival. Additional requirements — ground transport, accommodation or destination arrangements — can be coordinated on request.

Is It Right for You

Is a Jet Card right for you?

A Jet Card tends to suit clients who:

  • Fly privately on a recurring basis, rather than occasionally
  • Value agreed pricing and planned availability over booking each trip from scratch
  • Want access to a range of aircraft categories without the commitment of ownership
  • Travel regularly within Europe, the US or the Middle East
  • Want one dedicated contact who understands their preferences across every trip

If your flying pattern is occasional or route-specific, on-demand Private Aircraft Charter may be the better starting point — we'll always recommend the structure that genuinely suits how you travel.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What is the EJS Air Jet Card?

It's a structured flying programme for clients who fly privately on a regular basis. You agree hourly pricing and secure prioritised aircraft access for a set term, and each trip is matched to the aircraft category that suits it — without the commitment of buying or part-owning an aircraft.

How is a Jet Card different from booking charter each time?

With on-demand charter, each trip is quoted and sourced individually. With a Jet Card, pricing is agreed in advance and capacity is allocated as part of your programme, so trips can be planned with more certainty around cost and availability.

How is a Jet Card different from fractional ownership?

Fractional ownership involves buying a share of a specific aircraft, along with associated ownership and management costs. A Jet Card gives you access to aircraft when you need them, matched to each journey, without any ownership stake or ongoing management responsibility.

How many flying hours do I need for a Jet Card to make sense?

It generally suits clients who fly privately on a recurring basis rather than occasionally. We'll discuss your typical annual flying pattern with you and advise honestly on whether a Jet Card or on-demand charter is the better fit.

Am I tied to one aircraft type?

No. Your programme gives you access across multiple aircraft categories, and each trip is matched to the category best suited to the route, passenger numbers and cabin requirements.

How is pricing worked out?

Your programme is based on a prepaid allocation of flight hours at an agreed hourly rate for the aircraft category selected. Actual flight time is billed against that allocation, and any additional costs — such as taxes, airport charges or permits — are itemised separately and agreed upfront.

Are there minimum flight-time rules?

Minimum flight-time terms may apply to certain bookings; these are confirmed clearly as part of your programme so there are no surprises at the time of booking.

What happens during peak travel periods?

Peak periods — major holidays and high-demand events — are planned for in advance. Any applicable terms for these periods are agreed and confirmed as part of your programme upfront.

Which regions does the Jet Card cover?

Programmes are structured primarily around Europe, the United States and the Middle East. Travel beyond these regions can be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on your requirement.

Who arranges the flight support and coordination?

Your programme is coordinated directly by EJS Air. We manage flight support and itinerary coordination on your behalf, with one dedicated point of contact throughout.

What is the term of a Jet Card programme?

Programmes are typically structured over a twelve-month term, with pricing and access terms agreed for that period. We'll talk through the specifics as part of setting up your programme.
