Safety isn't a line in our marketing — it's the standard everything else is built on. Before EJS Air puts a client, or their cargo, pet or valuable goods, on any aircraft, we check it, and the people flying it, ourselves. We work only with operators who meet strict regulatory and operational standards, so you can fly with confidence, whatever the journey.

Our Commitment to Safety

Safety is built into every stage of what we do, from your first enquiry through to the completion of your journey — whether that's a single charter flight, an aircraft advisory project, or a cargo, pet or high value goods movement.

We only work with operators holding a valid Air Operator Certificate (AOC). This isn't a preference — it's a non-negotiable, regulatory confirmation of airworthiness, maintenance standards and properly qualified crew, and it's the starting point for every operator we use.

Our Vetting Process

Every operator we work with goes through the same rigorous checks before we'll put a client on their aircraft.

AOC Certification

Confirms a valid Air Operator Certificate, regulatory approval, and ongoing compliance.

Insurance Compliance

Operators must carry comprehensive cover meeting or exceeding industry standards.

Maintenance & Safety Records

Maintenance history and safety data are reviewed to confirm a consistent, verifiable record.

Crew Qualifications

Crews must be experienced, appropriately type-rated, and trained to a high professional standard.

Personal Oversight

Every operator on our network is reviewed personally by the EJS Air team — not simply selected from a database.

Accreditations

EJS Air is currently in the process of applying for accreditation with the Air Charter Association (ACA). Founded in 1949 as the Airbrokers' Association, the ACA is a leading global trade body for aircraft charter, bringing together several hundred member companies across dozens of countries around a shared standard of regulatory compliance, operational integrity and ethics in air charter.
